After Unpacked 2020, Galaxy Home Mini Is Gearing Up For A Launch
The smart speakers are taking the market by a storm. However, there are still several players who have tried to enter this market but have remained at the back. They are almost always overshadowed by the leading tech giants – Google and Amazon. Though Samsung tried to make its mark by entering the smart speaker market with Galaxy Home back in 2018, this plan miserably failed. Two years down the line, they have finally decided to give it another shot by launching the Galaxy Home Mini.
While the Galaxy Home Mini comes a bit late, it comes with features that are unique and not offered by its competitors.
An IR function allows users to control any old appliance that can’t be connected to the Internet or your router but, of course, needs to be within line of sight of the speaker’s IR blaster, wherever it is.
There are many other features offered by the device, such as the AKG speakers, Bixby voice assistant, and smart home connectivity. It will first go on sale in South Korea, but at this point in time, there is no news on whether this smart speaker will land in other countries as well.
