New Features On The Echo Show Allows More Customization And A Better User Experience
Amazon talked about releasing new featured designed to bring more accessibility to the range of Echo products. Tap features at the top of this list, which avoids the need to use with Echo Show.
The new feature essentially turns the device into a touchscreen tablet, by clicking the feature on in settings. Once enabled, users can choose from a number of shortcuts to add to the home screen.
The list shows the weather and news along with customization options like using text inputs and turning on or off the smart home devices.
It is a very simple answer for the users who cannot hear the audio to interact with the system. However, it can be added only when the display screen is there on the device. Alexa Captioning is another feature which was released for the US user a few months ago. This offers text-based Alexa responses on-screen on both Echo Spot and Echo Show. It will soon be made available to users in Germany, Japan, U.K., India, Canada, Australia, France, and New Zealand.
