Quadrant Homes Offers More To The Users With Latest Updates To Its Smart Home Tech Package
Quadrant Homes, a member of the TRI Pointe Group, has introduced the third iteration of its standard smart home tech package, HomeSmart, to be included in all of its newest homes.
The Bellevue is one of the first to include smart home tech in new homes. This package includes a smart learning thermostat, the Ring Pro Doorbell, Caseta voice-controlled lighting systems, and a Wi-Fi enabled front-door lock. The Quadrant Homes has made EV outlets available in the third iteration. Regardless of whether or not residents have electric vehicle, every home will have wiring for Type 2 charger.
The builder also has in place the Eero Home Wi-Fi system with TrueMesh tech for consistent connectivity across the home. They have also a partnership with Amazon for offering a suite of Amazon Echo devices. Upgrades could include additional smart features like Wi-Fi enabled garage door openers or automated window shades. Quadrant’s latest work includes townhome communities at Vareze, Kirkland, and Lario. They are expected to be ready by early 2020.
