In this case, please clean out the food at the outlet. After the infrared radiation can be normally received, the device will continue executing the next feeding program. Attention: Feeding message push notification maybe be delayed or lost for poor network, which is normal in this case. And it won't influence the operation of the pet feeder. Please be assured.
