The CES 2021 was virtual and had all kinds of gadgets on show. From a smart toothbrush that can adapt to the user’s brushing behavior to a smart bathtub, all of them were showcased as part of the event.
Called the Stillness Bath, the bathtub looks to immerse the senses, converging water, light, fog and aromas for relaxation.
The bathtub is filled with water from the bottom and a soothing sound is played. The product was launched by Kohler. The manufacturer also released a bathroom faucet which offers hands-free activation and comes with embedded sensors. The intelligent toilet has a heated seat, auto open and close, intuitive remote and personal bidet functionality.
Samsung released a smart fridge which can help the users decide what they can cook based on the contents of the fridge. It also shows the users a SmartThings Cooking guide that shows the detailed step-by-step cooking procedure. Domalys launched a wall-mounted Aladin smart lamp that is designed to prevent and detect falls in the home. The device is expected to help in assisted living spaces and nursing homes.
