Has LG’s Line Of Smart Kitchen Appliances Found A New Friend In The Google Home Assistant?
LG’s Signature Kitchen Suite appliances will work with the LG Smart Display through Innit, a software platform that provides guided cooking programs that show you each step of a recipe.
LG’s Wi-Fi-enabled kitchen appliances will connect with Google Assistant-powered smart display.
Smart displays respond to voice commands and come with a touchscreen as well. You can make video calls or even watch videos with them. This relatively new genre was started off by Amazon when the company released the Amazon Echo Show. Google is planning to launch four Google Assistant-powered smart displays from Sony, JBL, Lenovo, and LG.
Thanks to LG’s cooking collaboration, the users can now make use of the Innit platform to search for recipes on the Smart Display. The display will make use of the Wi-Fi to send the instructions. Once you select the recipe, the oven will be automatically preheated at the perfect temperature.
