It May Be Argued That Google And Amazon Had A Larger Presence At CES 2019 Than Ever Before
At the CES 2019, over 3,500 exhibitors were present. Most popular brands came with a common theme – that their products support Alexa and Google Assistant. There were plenty of traditional devices with a smart twist and some other unconventional devices at the exhibition.
At 219 inches, The Wall display is pieced together from modular MicroLED tiles, a nifty design that allows it to be reconfigured to any resolution, aspect ratio, size, or shape.
Kohler Numi 2.0 is a smart toilet which has built-in Bluetooth speakers, multi-colored ambient lighting, and cleansing and drying functions, all of which can be controlled via Google Assistant.
Whirlpool Smart Countertop Oven, Ikea Fyrtur smart blinds, Whirlpool KitchenAid Smart Display, and U by Moen shower controller are other Google Assistant supported devices.
C by GE Connected Lights and Switches has a light strip feature which offers whites and any number of color options. It does not use a hub and supports Alexa.
Jabra Elite 85h is a pair of elite headphones that has 40mm custom-engineered speakers, an eight-mic array that understands the surroundings and changes the volume level on its own, and the ability to switch between the three modes.
Lenovo Smart Tabs, Petcube Bites 2 and Play 2, LG Signature OLED TV R, and Roland Go Piano are other Alexa-supported devices.
