It’s Official Google Has A Smart Home Hub
The Google Home Hub was released during the Made by Google event on October 9th. It has the most functionalities of the smart speakers, such as making shopping lists, issuing commands, placing audio calls, and offer entertainment.
Like other Google Assistant-supported devices, it uses a voice-matching function to identify separate users and deliver their calendar, commuting details, and reminders, which are augmented by the new screen visuals.
It is designed to integrate smoothly with third-party providers. This Hub will support over 5,000 devices of 400 brands. It will support 802.11b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz bands.
The two physical controls in this device might be for the microphone and the volume. It will be available in white, black, and Aqua colors. It is yet to be confirmed whether the Google Home Hub can be used as a stand-alone tablet or not. With the war that Google is currently playing out with Amazon, pricing will be an important factor for this product.
Sometime back, Google stated that the Google Home features will not be seen on smart devices by Lenovo. This might mean that Google Home Hub might have features that have not been given access to third-party software.
