Now We Can Even Cook Smarter! SenseCook Cooktops Adjust And Monitor Your Cooking Temperatures So Dinner Is Easier Than Ever.
The SenseCook induction cooktops keep track of your food in your cookware and automatically adjust the temperature of the burners. The German company AEG has created three induction cooktops that will let home cooks use temperature sensors and automation to prepare their meals.
The cooktops make use of various methods to track your food and the change the burner’s temperature automatically so that the outcome is consistent every time. Two of the cooktops are designed for specific tasks. The SenseFry cooktop was designed for pan frying where you can use the touchscreen controls and the cooktop will maintain the pan in an even heat.
The SenseBoil cooktop detects the time when the water begins to boil inside the vessel and adjust the temperature on its own to bring it down to a controlled simmer. The SensePro does everything the SenseFry and SenseBoil do but via wireless, food thermometer which works without a battery. It tells you the internal temperature of the food and changes the temperature accordingly. The connected cooking systems are usually available as a single-burner countertop appliance.
