However, its plain white front allows it to fit comfortably into your house décor, with all the ports and cables located at the back. Each module weighs 1.6 pounds.
The Orbi operates a Tri-band Technology, which means it is going to be around and relevant for years and will not soon become outdated or irrelevant. You can’t beat the AC3000 speed of this device and its plethora of ethernet ports. The router comes with an internet port (for your existing modem) and three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite module comes with four Gigabit Ethernet ports. The Satellite also has a USB 2.0 port. Both units have a sync button, a reset button, DC power in port, and a push on-off power switch.
The router comes with 4GB flash and 512 MB RAM. It also supports beamforming and WAP/PSK2.

Installation and Setup
You can have the Netgear Orbi up and running in about five to ten minutes. Unpack the product and power it on. Connect your existing modem to the router’s internet port. Download the App from the App Store or Google Play Store, scan QR codes, and wait for the devices to sync. Once syncing is completed, you can begin to enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection in your home. You can configure the router through the Orbi App as well as the router’s gateway.
