Design of the Sonos One Smart Speaker
From Sonos, a renowned manufacturer of quality sound equipment comes the Sonos Gen One Smart Speaker. It is available in black color and measures 6.36 x 4.69 x 4.69 inches (H x W x D). The device comes in two colors: white and black, with matching color matte grille.
The Sonos One Speaker comes in a sleek shape and design that fits aesthetically into your home. Whether it is in your bedroom, living room, kitchen, study, or even the bathroom, the Sonos One speaker, built with humidity resistant, is a great décor item to your home. You can place the speaker on a flat surface or mount it on a wall.
The device houses two Class-D digital amplifiers perfectly matching its acoustic architecture and the two speaker drivers. Its single tweeter delivers a clear and crisp high-frequency response. The mid-woofer gives you deep, rich bass and assures quality playback of vocal frequencies in the middle range. For effective and smart voice capture, the Sonos One enjoys a far-field microphone array. However, it does not have a line-in port or multiple orientations.
The Sonos One Speaker has a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port for connecting the device directly to your router in the event of your Wi-Fi connection being unstable. For wireless streaming, it connects by Bluetooth (not Wi-Fi) to your home network with any broadcast-capable, 802.11b/g, 2.4 GHz protocol router. The Sonos One runs on auto-switching 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz AC universal power source.

“The addition of Alexa was a very positive surprise. We got this for a child’s room. My child loves Alexa. Parents love it too since We can control the Alarm clock and set the music to turn off at night and even control the type of music played.” – RJG4 on November 5, 2018
“The sound quality of this speaker is so much far superior to any of the echo devices I have tried. I love using the Alexa feature, but I must admit I mostly just use the Spotify connect function to play my music since all of my music is on Spotify. It works flawlessly though. So happy I got this speaker and cannot wait for them to add the Google Home support in the future.” – Ber on November 13, 2018
“This was so easy to install and it works great with Alexa…plus the sound is unbelievable!” – Rebecca S. on December 2, 2018
