While the rest of the world is wondering if virtual reality really is the next big platform, billions are being invested in the space, which means people are already chasing those very real dollars.
But not all of those people are entrepreneurs. Many are soldiers of code, and they’re coming up with the most brilliant way to distribute their resumés to the growing numbers of VR startups: VR itself.
The immersive curriculum vitae presentations are cropping up on several platforms, including YouTube, where one job seeker used the video site’s 360-degree feature (requires Chrome browser) to deliver an immersive version of his resumé in an idyllic virtual forest. Read more…
